  William Henry Gates III Son of William Henry Gates Jr. and Mary Maxwell. He has English, German, Scottish, and Irish ancestry. Bill Gates was born on October 28, 1955 in Seattle, Washington. He was the founder of Microsoft in 1975 along with Paul Allen, a partner in the creation of programming languages. Microsoft in 1975, when it was founded, had just three employees (one of them was Gates) and had revenues of just $16,000. At Harvard in 1975, he teamed up with Allen to develop a version of the BASIC programming language for the Altair, the first personal computer. In 1977 he dropped out of Harvard to devote himself entirely to his company. Microsoft also created word processors, such as Microsoft Word for IBM PCs. They also developed a software application for the Apple Macintosh before the first Mac was released in 1984.   “ Sharing life experiences ”   ● WHAT WAS THE RESULT OF THE EXPERIENCE?   I think that in any job that has to be done it is best to adapt to the environment in order to have a better work experience. The result of an experience I had in which I adapted and made some changes at work, I performed better at the job I was doing.   ● HOW DID YOUR FLEXIBILITY AND ADAPTABILITY HELP YOU DEAL WITH THE SITUATION?   In all jobs there are situations in which you must have flexibility to adapt to these so that you do not have problems, flexibility helped me to have a good relationship with other employees since when adapting to the environment we did not have disagreements during the development of the work.     ● WOULD YOU CHANGE ANYTHING TO DEAL WITH IT BETTER?   Some changes could be made if they help improve the environment and the performance of workers since there will always be better ways of doing things.

Reusing as much as possible and separating garbage are very important to help with the environment.   2.       What kind of incentives could a green company offer its employees?   The company could give incentives to its employees such as lending them bicycles to transport in them and helping with pollution reduction. Make campaigns of care to the trees to contribute to the care of the environment. 3.       In what other ways could companies engage their employees in environmental issues?   To involve employees with the care of the environment, they could be encouraged to recycle and use electronic devices efficiently. Promote the use of raw materials and natural resources.
