Good morning, my name is Keiner Kaleth Rengifo muñoz, I am student of the SIGN and I am in the record 2547384 of analysis and software development.

The name of this activity is audio and it will be introduced to the teacher Ruth Jaramillo

Some of my attitudes are: I am calm, reserved, respectful and I like to help other people with what is within my reach.

Inside my obligations they are: I must to attend punctual to the classes, I have to put attention to the professor's explanation, to give the activities on time, I am very responsible with my obligations like student although also work with my father in the agriculture. I have the two responsibilities that are to work and to study, I am hindered a little but I believe that we all should carry out that effort to be able to work and to study at the same time. I would like to have the whole available time for the study but the conditions in those that my family lives they don't allow it to me.

As for Beliefs I am a Catholic person, I worship the virgin María and mainly I believe in God, I think that all the people ought to have this belief since he is a divine being and it was our creator.

I have the disposition of attending the mass but not very followed because I believe that to request him something or to thank to God it is not necessary to attend the masses but rather by means of the sentence we can thank to him without caring the locus in quo we are.

  1.       How can you be environmentally friendly at work?   To help the environment at work we must save water, electricity, reduce as much as possible the use of paper, optimize the use of electrical appliances. Reusing as much as possible and separating garbage are very important to help with the environment.   2.       What kind of incentives could a green company offer its employees?   The company could give incentives to its employees such as lending them bicycles to transport in them and helping with pollution reduction. Make campaigns of care to the trees to contribute to the care of the environment. 3.       In what other ways could companies engage their employees in environmental issues?   To involve employees with the care of the environment, they could be encouraged to recycle and use electronic devices efficiently. Promote the use of raw materials and natural resources.

  “ Sharing life experiences ”   ● WHAT WAS THE RESULT OF THE EXPERIENCE?   I think that in any job that has to be done it is best to adapt to the environment in order to have a better work experience. The result of an experience I had in which I adapted and made some changes at work, I performed better at the job I was doing.   ● HOW DID YOUR FLEXIBILITY AND ADAPTABILITY HELP YOU DEAL WITH THE SITUATION?   In all jobs there are situations in which you must have flexibility to adapt to these so that you do not have problems, flexibility helped me to have a good relationship with other employees since when adapting to the environment we did not have disagreements during the development of the work.     ● WOULD YOU CHANGE ANYTHING TO DEAL WITH IT BETTER?   Some changes could be made if they help improve the environment and the performance of workers since there will always be better ways of doing things.
