My name is Keiner kaleth rengifo, I study at SENA in technology, analysis and software development. I chose this training program because I like all things related to technology. I am attracted to software creation and I would like to be able to work all my life on what I like, because there is nothing better than always doing what you like. I also chose to study software analysis and development because technology is the present and will be the future of the world.

As for the family they supported me to study what I like, thanks to them and my effort I am studying and with the help of God I will continue studying to be able to get a job and be able to support my family as well as they support me when I need it. 

In the labor and academic all people would always like to be able to work in what they like but not always this happens because by obligation many times you must work in what you can and not in reality in what you want. In academics it is very good to be studying what you want because if you do not study what you want many times we can get bored and disinterested in studying and if a person does not put interest in things will not do them good. In my case I must study and work at the same time so it is a little difficult but with discipline and responsibility I manage to do both things at the same time.

Technology has a great impact on the environment where as all things have good things and not so good things in this case we will name some of the advantages of technology in the environment:

Digital Transformation: Companies and individuals are greatly reducing the use of paper thanks to storage in memory systems and in the cloud. Mail, notes and diaries are now archived in the digital world, helping to reduce deforestation.

Electric cars: meticulous work is being done to reduce the pollution produced by vehicles, making them increasingly sustainable. The volume of electric and hybrid cars has increased and their prices are being reduced to encourage this type of consumption.

Smart homes and buildings: Both the home and the workplace consume a lot of energy. Technology is now changing this, reducing it a lot, thanks to new devices such as thermostats and smart lights that are regulated only when necessary.

Renewable energies: the well-known clean energy (solar, wind, hydroelectric) is being increasingly promoted and they are also being much more efficient. Its design is both more attractive and accessible to facilitate this change for the sake of the natural environment.

Environmental control: Technology is very useful in ensuring that laws and regulations that protect the environment are complied with. There are already drones that monitor areas of flora and fauna, devices and systems that analyze the level of air pollution, as well as a very meticulous technological control that tests the quality of any type of product that reaches the market.

  1.       How can you be environmentally friendly at work?   To help the environment at work we must save water, electricity, reduce as much as possible the use of paper, optimize the use of electrical appliances. Reusing as much as possible and separating garbage are very important to help with the environment.   2.       What kind of incentives could a green company offer its employees?   The company could give incentives to its employees such as lending them bicycles to transport in them and helping with pollution reduction. Make campaigns of care to the trees to contribute to the care of the environment. 3.       In what other ways could companies engage their employees in environmental issues?   To involve employees with the care of the environment, they could be encouraged to recycle and use electronic devices efficiently. Promote the use of raw materials and natural resources.

  “ Sharing life experiences ”   ● WHAT WAS THE RESULT OF THE EXPERIENCE?   I think that in any job that has to be done it is best to adapt to the environment in order to have a better work experience. The result of an experience I had in which I adapted and made some changes at work, I performed better at the job I was doing.   ● HOW DID YOUR FLEXIBILITY AND ADAPTABILITY HELP YOU DEAL WITH THE SITUATION?   In all jobs there are situations in which you must have flexibility to adapt to these so that you do not have problems, flexibility helped me to have a good relationship with other employees since when adapting to the environment we did not have disagreements during the development of the work.     ● WOULD YOU CHANGE ANYTHING TO DEAL WITH IT BETTER?   Some changes could be made if they help improve the environment and the performance of workers since there will always be better ways of doing things.
